Traffic light failure is causing delays on New Birmingham Road, northbound in Dudley, at Burnt Tree.
There is also heavy traffic being reported on A4123 Wolverhampton Road, southbound, in Oldbury at Birchley Island.
Temporary traffic lights are causing delays on Heath Lane in Stourbridge between the A491 Hagley Road junction and the Love Lane junction.
In Kidderminster, expect delays on A442 Franche Road at the Broomfield Road junction, because of temporary traffic lights.
Stop-go boards are also causing queues on Walter Nash Road West in Kidderminster at the A451 Stourport Road.
