PLANS for Kanye West to leave hospital on Monday were abandoned because the rapper is still recovering from a breakdown, it has been reported.

The musician has been receiving treatment since last week when police were called to reports of disturbance in Los Angeles, a day after he cancelled his tour.

TMZ reported that Kanye was due to be released from UCLA Medical Centre on Monday but he is still “not stable” and is struggling with extreme paranoia.
