THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between February 17 and 23:

Rustams Fisers, aged 26, of 26, of Warley Road, Oldbury, was fined £125 for drink driving in Smethwick on February 5. When tested, he had 61mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Paul Richard Jones, aged 31, of Clyde Street, Old Hill, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for two years, for driving while disqualified and without insurance, in Cradley Heath on January 31. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

Daniel Stewart Gibbons, aged 29, of Highgate Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 26 weeks for entering a hostel room in Wolverhampton as a trespasser in Wolverhampton on September 22, 2016, and stealing a TV worth £150. He was also sentenced for stealing a jacket, worth £95, from Debenhams, Merry Hill, on February 8 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 17, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £150 and £115 court costs.

Taiyub Shafiq, aged 20, of Elizabeth Grove, Dudley, was fined £360 for driving without due care and attention in Dudley on January 18. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance and failing to stop after an accident. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £80 court costs.

Colin John Goworek, aged 31, of Tennal Road, Quinton, was given a four month community order for stealing bottles of aftershave, worth £406.99, from Boots, Brierley Hill, on December 24, 2016. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

David John Parkes, aged 33, of Murcroft Road, Wollescote, was given a six week community order for assaulting three police officers in Stourbridge on October 6, 2016.He must pay £235 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs. He was also given a six week curfew and must remain at his home address between 9pm and 7am. Thomas Woolley, aged 24, of City Road, Oldbury, was fined £200 for driving a car displaying an incorrect number plate, without a licence or insurance in Birmingham on September 28, 2016. He was also given a 12 month community order for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Oldbury on February 7. He was disqualified from driving for six months, must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Connor Homer, aged 21, of Rodway Close, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for harassing a woman in Brierley Hill on February 7 and between February 13 and 15. He was given a 16 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Jason Thomas Jones, aged 45, of Vicarage Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 36 weeks for entering HyperHyper, Dudley, as a trespasser on October 2, 2016, with intent to steal and entering Iced Gems, Lye, as a trespasser on February 20 and stealing £120 in cash and an iPad Mini. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Arthur Giedziun, aged 43, of Laurel Road, Dudley, was fined £160 for causing £200 worth of damage to a police car in Dudley on December 25, 2016. He must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £30 and £600 court costs.

Adam James Taylor, aged 21, of Moor Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £150 for drink driving in Stourbridge on February 9. When tested, he had 73mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.
