A CHARITY quiz night is taking place next month in aid of the Mayor of Dudley’s charities.

Teams of up to six people are being sought to take part in a quiz at DY1 community building in Stafford Street, Dudley, on Tuesday April 25.

The evening, which starts at 7.30pm, will include a chip buttie supper and a prize raffle.

Councillor Mohammed Hanif, Mayor of Dudley, said: “I am delighted that this quiz is taking place for my charities.

“It would be great to see lots of teams taking part so please come along and support the night and have a chance of winning some prizes.”

All profits from the night will be donated to the Mayor of Dudley’s charities - the Friends of Alfie Johnson, Dudley CIL and Diabetes UK Dudley borough branch.

Entry is £5 per person and teams must book their places in advance by calling Jayne Waltho on 07855 813689 or emailing jayne.waltho@hotmail.com.
