THE Peaky Blinders cast have come back to their Black Country "home" to film scenes for series four.

Cillian Murphy, who plays Tommy Shelby in the hit BBC2 show has been shooting scenes at the Black Country Living Museum this week, alongside Helen McCrory and Sophie Rundle.

Since the cameras started rolling on Monday, visitors have been gathering near the heavily guarded set, eager to get a glimpse of the stars.

Parts of the Tipton Road tourist attraction, which is lovingly referred to as the "home of Peaky Blinders" by the show's creator Steven Knight, are currently off-limits to the public while it is once again transformed into Charlie Strong's scrap metal yard.

The latest series of the epic gangster drama, set in the lawless streets of 1920s Birmingham, is expected to hit TV screens later this year.

Fans will be able to dig out their flat caps and take a stroll around the set when the museum hosts its popular Peaky Blinders nights on September 8 and 15.

The adults-only event will give visitors the chance to explore the smoky back streets and slum housing that gave birth to the notorious gang and enjoy a pint of real local ale at the museum’s very own ‘Garrison pub’.

A variety of live music, entertainment and dancing will bring to life the roaring nightlife that characterised the interwar years.
