GOOD morning everyone, we're here to get you to your destination as quick as possible on this Thursday morning.

So, if you’re looking for a stress free journey and want to avoid the rush hour hot-spots – why not use our traffic update?

A quick glance around the Black Country and North Worcestershire suggests the roads are looking okay in general, apart from where there are ongoing road works. Some to look out for are:

In Bromsgrove, Birmingham Road is closed due to roadworks between Victoria Road and the A448, Market Street/B4091, Stourbridge Road.

While, in Dudley, Highbridge Road, in Brierley Hill, is closed both ways due to bridge maintenance work between Knowle Hill Road and Hill Street/Church Road. A diversion is in place via Pedmore Road, Peartree Lane, Cinder Bank, Sims Lane and Hill Street.

Near Halesowen, there is a speed restriction of 30 mph and one lane is closed due to major roadworks on the M5 Northbound between J3, A456 (Halesowen/Birmingham) and M6, J8. It is down to two lanes as part of long-term work on the Oldbury Viaduct between J1 and J2.

And, in Redditch, there are temporary traffic lights on the A441, Birmingham Road, at Weights Lane. The lights are in use at times as work takes place on a new housing development.
