A DENIM thief from Brierley Hill has been fined £40.

David Leslie Barnett, aged 38, of Bague Walk, stole jeans, worth £85, from TK Maxx, Brierley Hill, on November 17.

He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Kirsty Rebecca Davie, aged 38, of Aubrey Road, Quinton, was given a six month community order for stealing toys and beauty products, worth £258.50, from Tesco, Burnt Tree, on December 12. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Deniss Zherevs, aged 29, of Birmingham Road, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing two electric shavers, worth £35.98, from Lidl, West Bromwich, on December 27. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Narinder Kaur, aged 38, of Fullwood Avenue, Halesowen, was fined £162 for drink driving in Oldbury on December 15. When tested, she had 60mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Lloyd Robert Smith, aged 32, of Thorns Avenue, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for entering a building in Brockmoor as a trespasser on September 30 and stealing items of unknown value. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Lee Walker-Wright, aged 55, of Wellington Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing a Dyson, worth £369, from Debenhams, Brierley Hill on December 17. He was also sentenced for failing to provide a non-intimate sample for the purpose of ascertaining whether he had a class A drug in his body on December 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Andrew Carl Huxley, aged 45, of Hall Street, Dudley, was given a nine month community order for stealing 60 boxes of match sticks, worth £120, from Asda, Dudley, on December 30, 2017 and a bottle of Baileys, worth £15, from Asda, Dudley, on January 1. He must pay £120 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Dale Martin Mansell, aged 36, of Priory Road, Dudley, was fined £50 for breaching a criminal behaviour order in Dudley on November 29. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Mohammed Adnan Khan, aged 30, of St George’s Road, Netherton, was fined £150 for possessing cannabis in Dudley on November 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Charlotte Rollinson, aged 29, of South Road, Stourbridge, was fined £250 for assaulting a woman and destroying bottles of nail varnish, worth £100, in Lye on March 30. She must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £30 and £200 court costs.

Wayne Mark Williams, aged 38, of High Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing Yankee Candles, worth £56.93, from Hallmark, Stourbridge, on December 6 and 19, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Diane Joyce Williams, aged 46, of Turners Grove, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that violence would be used or provoked, in Dudley on October 24. She was also sentenced for assaulting a man in Gornal on August 6. She must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and £600 court costs.

Laura Duckhouse, aged 37, of Cot Lane, Kingswinford, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for stealing three joints of beef, worth £20.03, from Asda, Netherton, on September 14, 2017, and a men’s razor, worth £299.99, from Boots, Merry Hill, on January 2. She was also sentenced for being in possession of a foil lined handbag, an item for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Robert Anthony Round, aged 41, of Norfolk Road, Holly Hall, was given a 12 month community order for sending threatening Facebook messages between December 30, 2017 and January 3. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Adam Lee Clutterbuck, aged 23, of Hartlebury Road, Oldbury, was given a 12 month community order for causing £200 worth of damage to a Perspex screen and a chip and pin machine, belonging to Santander, Dudley, on December 18. He must carry out 60 hours unpaid work and pay £200 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Nathan Anthony Round, aged 27, of Wavell Road, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for 24 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing two purses, worth £80, from TK Maxx, Merry Hill, on November 17, while subject to a community order. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between noon and midnight. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Matthew David Saunders, aged 35, of Stourbridge Road, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing razor gift sets, worth £48, from Home Bargains, Brierley Hill, on December 18, 2017, and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on January 1, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Peter Mark Hodson, aged 27, of Ruiton Street, Lower Gornal, was fined £120 for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT, in Brierley Hill on November 21. He was also sentenced for making of without paying for £25 worth of petrol in Tipton on November 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20, £100 court costs and £25 compensation.
