Weather: Sunshine but chilly across the Black Country and North Worcestershire

The day will begin cold with frost in places, but also some areas of cloud around which will break to give some sunny spells for the afternoon. 

But a light and chilly southeasterly wind will blow, too.

It will be dry through the evening and overnight, with long clear periods allowing temperatures to fall well below zero in places. 

There will be a hard frost for many by morning and a minimum temperature of -4 °C.
