BOROUGH residents are being urged to have their say at Dudley Council’s community forums where they can discuss issues important to them with their local councillors.

The next round of forums, all starting at 6.30pm, will be held between Wednesday, February 28, and Tuesday, March 20, where people can also pose questions directly to a representative from the police.

Councillor Patrick Harley, leader of Dudley Council, said: “Our community forums are an excellent way for us to work with people in our communities and work together to resolve issues and to bring about improvements.”

The forums kick off on Wednesday with Netherton, Woodside and St. Andrews and Quarry Bank and Dudley Wood Community Forum, at Dudley Wood Neighbourhood Learning Centre, in Dudley Wood Road.

While on the same night, Halesowen North and Halesowen South Community Forum takes place at Olive Hill Primary School, in Springfield Road.

Brierley Hill, Brockmoor and Pensnett Community Forum will be welcoming people to Fens Pool Community Centre, in Tennyson Street, Brierley Hill, on March 5, with Castle and Priory, St James's and St Thomas's Community Forum taking place on the same night at DY1 Community Building, in Stafford Street.

On March 12, Kingswinford North and Wall Heath, Kingswinford South and Wordsley Community Forum will be at Kingswinford Royal British Legion Club, in Summerhill, while Norton, Pedmore and Stourbridge East, Wollaston and Stourbridge Town Community Forum be at Norton Community Centre, in Kempton Way, Stourbridge.

Belle Vale, Hayley Green and Cradley South Community Forum will be at Caslon Primary School, in Beeches View Avenue, Halesowen, on March 19, and on the same date Coseley East and Sedgley Community Forum takes place at Alder Coppice Primary School, in The Northway, Sedgley.

Finally, Amblecote, Cradley and Wollescote, Lye and Stourbridge North Community Forum will be on March 20 at Withymoor Primary School, in Gayfield Avenue, Brierley Hill, and Gornal, Upper Gornal and Woodsetton Community Forum will take place at The Royal British Legion, in Ruiton Street, Dudley.
