A SEDGLEY flasher has been fined £300.

Joshua Michael Baker, of Tipton Road, exposed his genitals in Wolverhampton on November 26, 2017.

The 25-year-old was also fined £250 for assaulting a woman and destroying a street sign, worth £60.

He must pay compensation of £110, a victim surcharge of £30 and £300 court costs.

Harvey Douglas Williams, aged 35, of Highfield Crescent, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 42 weeks for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on June 18 and stealing items, worth £203.98, from shops in Dudley and Brierley Hill between June 2 and 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Mohammed Shafiq, aged 35, of Himley Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for stealing fragrance and razors, worth £260, from Boots, Wolverhampton, on June 20, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Glyn Andrew Davies, aged 57, of Mamble Road, Wollaston, was sent to prison for nine weeks for stealing meat, worth £63.96, from Aldi, Halesowen, on June 20, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Daniel James O’Dwyer, aged 24, of Fairgreen Gardens, Pensnett, was fined £85 for possessing cocaine in Dudley on April 27. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Susan Rock, aged 41, of Portsdown Road, Hayley Green, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting two women and stealing items, worth £24.13, from Aldi, Halesowen, on May 18. She was fined £50 and must pay compensation of £124, a victim surcharge of £85 and £200 court costs.

Shafakat Hussain, aged 43, of Richmond Road, Dudley, was fined £40 for possessing cannabis in Oldbury on June 9. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Roy John Pharaoh-Stokes, aged 44, of Worcester Road, Hagley, was fined £440 for drink driving in Oldbury on June 10. When tested, he had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £135 court costs.

Daniel Michael Lloyd Potter, aged 28, of Broadway, Norton, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £86.98, from shops in Stourbridge and Oldbury between April 5 and June 8. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

Dean Andrew Dallow, aged 32, of Harold Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £120 for assaulting a person in West Bromwich on April 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £635 court costs.

Scott William Richards, aged 30, of Harold Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £120 for assaulting a person in West Bromwich on April 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £635 court costs.

James Lee Power, aged 30, of Sidaway Street, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 13 weeks for stealing items, worth £50.66, from Co-op, Brandhall, on June 23 and 26, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Ross Paul Fletcher, aged 20, of Fens Crescent, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for driving while disqualified in Brierley Hill on April 10. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs. He was also given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 2pm and 2am.

Steven Dennis Bowater, aged 36, of Ivanhoe Street, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £72, from shops in Dudley and Brierley Hill on May 30 and June 12. He was given a 10 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must also pay compensation of £30, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Dean Barry West, aged 39, of Bobs Coppice Walk, Quarry Bank, was given an eight week community order for assaulting a police officer in Oldbury on June 12. He was given an eight week community order and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £85.

Andrew Whitehouse, aged 36, of Wallace Close, Oldbury, was given a nine month community order for stealing items, worth £700.12, from shops in Dudley on May 11 and 14. He must pay £100 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

Benjamin John Askins, aged 28, of Sun Street, Dudley, was fined £400 for drink driving in Quarry Bank on March 30. When tested, he had 86mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for failing to stop after an accident. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs. He was also given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 5am.

Jason Thomas Knight, aged 36, of Fairfield Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months for driving while disqualified in Dudley on January 5. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance and failing to provide a specimen of blood during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £320 court costs.

Julie Roberts, aged 45, of Ragees Road, Kingswinford, was fined £250 for driving without due care and attention in Dudley on January 5. She was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £400 court costs.
