BRITAIN'S Got Talent favourite Donchez Dacres will be wiggling and wining his way to Dudley on Black Country Day.

The Wolverhampton singer, who appeared on the TV talent show earlier this year, will be performing at the family fun day in Stone Street on July 14.

He will be entertaining the crowds with the Wiggle and Wine song, which impressed judge David Walliams so much that he chose him as his golden buzzer act.

The event, which runs from 11am to 5pm, will also include more live music, street entertainers, poets, wrestlers and an array of stalls.

The Mayor of Dudley, Councillor Alan Taylor, said: “This is a very proud day in the Black Country calendar and I am sure the thousands of people there on the day will agree.

“The organisers have done a fantastic job to make sure there’s lots going on in the town centre and I am very much looking forward to joining other proud Black Country folk on the day.”

The event is just one of lots taking place across the borough and wider region throughout July as part of the Black Country Festival.
