A ROWLEY Regis man has been jailed for sexually touching a 16-year-old girl.

Jonathan Peter Rose, aged 35, of Wylde Crescent,was sent to prison for 20 weeks for intentionally touching the teenager sexually, when she did not consent, and he did not reasonably believe she was consenting, in Rowley Regis on June 28.

He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on May 18, having been released on bail.

He must register with police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for seven years and pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Mark David Southall, aged 53, of Penfields Road, Amblecote, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Dudley on July 22. When tested, he had 106mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must carry out 240 hours unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Rebecca Hill, aged 35, of Enville Street, Wollaston, was given a six month community order for stealing items, worth £22.47, from stores in Stourbridge on June 2 and July 27. She was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must also pay £75 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £40 court costs.

Leigh-Anne Williams, aged 37, of Forest Road, Dudley, was given a six month community order for stealing items, worth £948, from shops in Dudley between May 27 and June 8 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 25, having been released on bail. She was given a two week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £250.

Barry John Wilson, aged 49, of Clarence Road, Dudley, was fined £50 for stealing air fresheners, worth £65, from Poundland, Dudley, on August 7 and 10 boxes of Benadryl, worth £93.50, from Superdrug, Dudley, on August 7. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Matthew John Wragg, aged 26, of Barrs Road, Cradley Heath, was given an eight week community order for drink driving in Halesowen on April 5. When tested, he had 44mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also fined £150 for driving without insurance. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £500 court costs.

Chelsea Jayne Davies, aged 25, of Hill Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £149.91, from shops in Brierley Hill, between May 11 and August 2, while subject to a conditional discharge. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Andrew Carl Huxley, aged 45, of Halesowen Road, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing toothpaste, worth £49.94, from, Superdrug, Dudley, on April 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £60 court costs.

Richard Elliott Oakes, aged 46, of Florence Road, Oldbury, was fined £120 for making a threatening phone call on July 20, for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Tracey Michelle Rowley, aged 38, of High Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 24 months, for stealing items, worth £602.50, from shops in Stourbridge and Brierley Hill between April 30 and August 12. She must pay £277 compensation, a victim surcharge of £115 and £150 court costs.

Simon Lee Hancox, aged 48, of Woodland Avenue, Quarry Bank, was fined £160 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Oldbury on July 27. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge f £30 and £135 court costs.

Darren John Whitehouse, aged 37, of Cot Lane, Kingswinford, was given a 12 month community order for stealing tools, worth £69.98, from Lidl, Kingswinford, on July 29. He was given a two week curfew and for the duration, must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Alex Worton, aged 35, of Roman Road, Norton, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Stourbridge on February 15. He must carry out 60 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Russell Paul Ablett, aged 38, of Brickhouse Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £150 for being in charge of a motor vehicle whilst over the limit in Dudley on July 28. When tested, he had 62mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given 10 penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Donatas Grybauskas, aged 30, of Green Park Road, Dudley, was fined £300 for drink driving in Dudley on July 30. When tested, he had 72mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Robert Andrew Philpott, aged 34, of Withymoor Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for stealing meat, worth £121.45, from Sainsbury’s, Gornal Wood, on July 30 and meat and chocolate, of a value unknown, from BP Garage, Stourbridge, on February 23. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85.
