A 20-YEAR old Dudley man has been handed an 18 month supervised community order after exposing his genitals in a takeaway restaurant.

Ricky Lee Mills, of Edward Street appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court on September 4 after exposing himself in New Capital Takeaway in Russells Hall Road.

The defendant was also given a four month curfew order and an electronic tag and was ordered to pay £60 court costs.

Also appearing at Dudley Magistrates Court on September 4: Choudhary Tasnim Rashid, aged 32, of Blowers Green Road, Dudley, was handed a six month conditional discharge for failing to attend an initial assessment following a test for class A drug.

Royston Bryan Samuel Churchill, aged 30, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £70 court costs for assault by beating.

Wayne Leonard Logan, aged 21, of St James Terrace, Dudley, was jailed for ten weeks for possessing a knife in Wolverhampton Street.

Donna Jane Rudge, aged 27, Pheasant Street, Brockmoor, was handed a supervised 12 month community order and ordered to pay £51.96 compensation for stealing bed linen from Home Bargains in Brierley Hill.

In court on September 1: Khalil Mahmood, aged 20, of Bushey Fields Road, Dudley, was handed four penalty licence points. fined £60, ordered to pay £15 costs and £43 court costs for speeding on the Dudley Southern By-pass.

Christopher David Byrne, aged 28, of Wellington Road, Dudley, was given a 12 months conditional discharge, ordered to pay £93.15 compensation and £60 court costs for causing £200 worth of damage to a glass door belonging to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.

Emma Louise Gilliver, aged 25, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was handed a 12 months supervised community order. She was also ordered to pay £20 compensation and £60 court costs for stealing 13 packets of bacon worth £39.99 from Spar.

Stephen Barry Hipkins, aged 42, of Albert Street, Pensnett, was fined £80, ordered to pay £15 costs and £35 court costs for possessing cannabis.

David Craig Johnson, aged 25, of Blowers Green Road, Dudley, was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £65, ordered to pay £70 court costs and £15 costs for driving a vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit.

The defendant was also fined £50 for driving without insurance on Swan Street.

In court on September 2: Razawana Asghar Rafi, aged 27, of Lupin Road, Dudley, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £525, ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for failing to identify the driver of a Fiat Punto.

Pauline Elaine Jennings, aged 46, of Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill, was handed an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 court costs for making a false statement to obtain benefit between March 27 and October 15 last year.

The defendant was also handed an 18 month conditional discharge for making a false statement to obtain benefit between April 1 and August 5 last year.

Tina Glenys Moore, aged 36, of Pensnett Road, Brierley Hill, was handed an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs for failing to notify a change of circumstances for social security between October 3 until November 22 2005.

The defendant was also handed an 18 month conditional discharge for failing to notify a change of circumstances for social security between December 5 2005 until June 15 2006.

Kim Marie Bridgart, aged 31, of Parkhill Street, Dudley, was handed a 12 month supervised community order and ordered to pay £87 court costs for stealing £40 worth of clothes from Littlewoods.

The defendant was also given a 12 month supervised community order for stealing £275 worth of clothes from New Look.

Barry Smith, aged 57, Pedmore Road, Holly Hall, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £350, £15 costs and £43 court costs for failing to identify the driver of Vauxhall Vectra.

Benjamin John Askins, aged 19, of Charles Road, Brierley Hill, was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £240 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £87 court costs for driving a vehicle on Peartree Lane, while above the legal alcohol limit.

In court on September 5: Marie Ellis, aged 31, of Summer Lane, Lower Gornal, was handed seven licence penalty points, fined £700 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for driving without insurance.

Karenjit Kaur Khela, aged 30, of Swan Street, Brierley Hill, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £120 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for failing to identify the driver of a Ford Focus.
