A 30-YEAR-old Dudley woman was handed a 22 week suspended jail sentence by Dudley Magistrates after stealing ten pairs of earrings.
Hayley Joan Welch, of Eve Hill, Dudley, was jailed for 22 weeks, suspended for two years for stealing pairs of earrings worth £50 from Peacocks.
The defendant was also jailed for 22 weeks, suspended for two years and to run concurrent with the above, for stealing ten assorted rimmel cosmetics from Poundland.
On October 30, Dudley Magistrates Court also jailed Welch for 22 weeks, suspended for two years to run concurrent with the above, for stealing a cosmetic set and two tubes of hair gel from Bodycare.
Also in court on October 30: Paul Willetts, aged 38, of Ashenhurst Walk, Dudley, was jailed for 26 weeks for assault.
James Robert Paraszczak, aged 18, of Cochrane Road, Holly Hall, was fined £20 and ordered to pay £70 court costs and £15 costs for possessing cannabis.
He was also handed a two year conditional discharge for assault.
Darren Richard Short, aged 25, of Limes Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month supervised community order and ordered to pay £47 compensation and £53 court costs for destroying a rental box.
James Andrew Albert Hawkins, aged 25, of Duke Street, Gornal, was jailed for six weeks suspended for 18 months, ordered to pay £100 compensation and £87 court costs for destroying a window pane.
The defendant was also jailed for ten weeks suspended for 18 months for threatening to destroy property.
Thomas James Hill, aged 34, of Worcester Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month supervised community order and ordered to pay £87 court costs for assault.
Shane Hammett, aged 26, of Edward Street, Dudley, was jailed for two years, suspended for two years and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £50 court costs for assaulting a police officer.
The defendant was also jailed for one month consecutive suspended for two years for obstructing a police officer.
He was also jailed for one month consecutive to the above, suspended for two years for stealing a £1.99 sandwich from Wilkinsons.
In court on October 21: David Campbell, aged 52, of Viewfield Crescent, Sedgley, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £250 and ordered to pay £15 costs for driving without due care and attention.
In court on October 22: Anthony Gill, aged 48, of Central Drive, Lower Gornal, was disqualified from driving for twenty-four months and ordered to pay £150 court costs. He was also given a supervised 18 month community order for driving over the legal alcohol limit.
Leighanne Williams, aged 27, of Forest Road, Dudley, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for driving a vehicle she was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also disqualified from driving for six months and fined £525 for driving without insurance.
She was also fined £175 for driving without a valid test certificate.
Karl Cherrington, aged 23, of Laurel Road, Dudley, was handed three licence penalty points, fined £100, ordered to pay £60 court costs and £15 costs for failing to stop at a red light.
Wayne Worton, aged 46, of Broadlands Drive, Brierley Hill, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £150 and ordered to pay £60 court costs and £15 costs for failing to provide the identity of a driver.
In court on October 23: Ricky Redford, aged 40, of Bank Street, Brierley Hill, was jailed for ten weeks for assault.
The defendant was also jailed for four weeks to run consecutive with the above for failing to surrender to bail.
Daniel John Browning, aged 23, of Langland Drive, Sedgley, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £50 court costs for driving without insurance.
The defendant was also fined £100 for driving without due care and attention.
Mark Leonard Cope, aged 28, of Himley Road, Dudley, was jailed for three weeks suspended for 12 months after a previous offence was re-sentenced.
The defendant was also jailed for three weeks, suspended for 12 months to run consecutive with the above after a previous offence was re-sentanced.
Terry Branon Round, aged 34, of Hermit Street, Upper Gornal, was jailed for six months for breaching a restraining order.
The defendant was jailed for one month to run consecutive with the above for failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register.
He was also jailed for 13 weeks after committing a further offence before serving a sentence in full.
Martin Smith, aged 46, of Foxglove Road, Wrens Nest, was handed a 24 month supervised community order and ordered to pay £150 compensation for assault.
Ryan Dale Barton, aged 19, of Hill Street, Netherton, was handed a six month supervised community order and ordered to pay £60 court costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a police officer.
Robert William Murphy, aged 38, of Chapel Street, Pensnett, was handed a 12 month supervised community order and ordered to pay £20 compensation and £60 court costs for stealing £20 worth of toiletries from Poundland.
Kevin Martin Purchase, aged 33, of Crossley Street, Netherton, was handed a 12 month supervised community order and ordered to pay £200 compensation for causing damage to a car door pillar and two double glazed windows.
The defendant was also handed a 12 month supervised community order and ordered to pay £200 compensation for damaging two double glazed windows and damaging the rear window of a car.
The defendant was also handed a 12 month supervised community order for possessing cannabis.
In court on October 24: Damion Harris, aged 21, of Buffery Road, Dudley, was handed a two year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £60 court costs for stealing £43.26 worth of toiletries from Boots.
Stephen Brian Fisher, aged 36, of Park Road, Dudley, was fined £35 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £35 court costs for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also disqualified from driving for six months and fined £100 for driving without insurance.
He was also fined £35 for driving without a valid test certificate.
Adam Graham Green, aged 30, of Ash Grove, Lower Gornal, was fined £35 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive in Woodland Avenue.
The defendant was also fined £100 for driving without valid insurance in Woodland Avenue.
He was also fined £35 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £105 court costs for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive in Dibdale Road.
The defendant was also disqualified from driving for nine months and fined £100 for driving without insurance on Dibdale Road.
Kerry Ann Southall, aged 36, of Arcal Street, Sedgley, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £120 compensation, £15 costs and £100 court costs for damaging a fence and a post.
The defendant was also fined £50 and ordered to pay £200 compensation for causing £500 worth of damage to a car.
Jonathan Michael Eades, aged 29, of Corser Street, Dudley, had a current community order extended by three months and ordered to pay £50 costs for failing to comply with the requirements of the order.
Andrew Thornbury, aged 35, of Fern Road, Dudley, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also handed six penalty points and was fined £610 for driving without insurance.

In court on October 27: Howard Henningham, aged 22, of Stonepine Place, Dudley, was handed three licence penalty points, fined £175 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
Carl Lewis, aged 18, of Littleworth Avenue, Woodsetton, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £60 court costs and £15 costs for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also handed six licence penalty points and fined £525 for driving without insurance.
He was also fined £175 for driving without a valid test certificate.
The defendant was also fiend £175 for not having a rear registration plate.
He was also fined £175 for failing to wear the correct motorcycle protective headgear.
Tasim Rashid, aged 39, of Churchfield Street, Dudley, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £525 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for failing to identify the identity of a driver.

Petro Zabron Sinda, aged 26, of The Broadway, Dudley, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 court costs and £15 costs for driving without insurance.
In court on October 28: Fern Brittain, aged 21, of Cross Lane, Sedgley, was handed six licence penalty points, fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 court costs and £15 costs for driving without insurance.
Jake Harbourne, aged 25, of High Street, Brockmoor, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £60 court costs and £15 costs for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also handed eight licence penalty points and fined £520 for driving without insurance.
He was also fined £175 for driving without a valid test certificate.
Darren Lee White, aged 37, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was fined £75 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £220 for driving without insurance.
In court on October 29: Ian Stuart Rollinson, aged 36, of Pleasant View, Lower Gornal, was jailed for four weeks for breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
The defendant was also jailed for four weeks to run consecutive to the above for stealing £53.82 worth of goods from the Post Office in Netherton.
He also had a previous 24 week suspended sentence implemented for committing an offence during an operational suspended sentence.
Wayne Fellows, aged 30, of Swann Street, Pensnett, was ordered to pay £2355 compensation and ordered to pay £70 court costs for pretending to be an employee of RS Recovery intending to make his own gain.
Richard Gary Harper, aged 29, of Valley Road, Upper Gornal, was handed an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £4 compensation and £70 court costs for stealing £4 worth of cider from Tate Spar, Netherton.
Sean Gary Weaver, aged 25, of Broom Road, Dudley, was handed a two year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £757.86 compensation and £70 court costs for destroying an automatic glass entry door belonging to DMBC.
In court on October 31: Bonita Mary Biggerstaff, aged 50, of Dixons Green Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 costs for being drunk and disorderly at Top church in Dudley.
Paul Sean Summers, aged 35, of Hallchurch Road, Holly Hall, was jailed for six weeks for stealing eight boxes of perfume worth £221.92 from Superdrug.
Jagtar Singh Sangha, aged 43, of The Broadway, Dudley, was jailed for four months, suspended for 24 months, disqualified from driving for three years, for drinking while over the legal alcohol limit.
The defendant was also fined £270 and ordered to pay £100 court costs and £15 costs for driving without insurance.
He was also jailed for one month to run concurrent with the above, suspended for 24 months, for driving while disqualified.
Raymond Harris Elwell, aged 23, of Copse Road, Netherton, was disqualified from driving for three years, fined £100 and ordered to pay £70 court costs and £15 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.
Rafhan Mohammed, aged 24, of Aston Road, Dudley, was handed a community order an ordered to pay £70 court costs for possessing heroin.
