YOUNG people from Sledmere and Kates Hill will be able to take part in a variety of activities during the school holidays.
Dudley Council’s community renewal team has joined forced with partners to offer the free activities to youngsters aged between eight and 16-years-old.
Thanks to a community grant which was awarded to Sledmere Community Centre from the council’s youth and community service, youngsters will be able to enjoy new skills including IT and first aid.
On Wednesday April 15, a cyberbus will be visiting School Drive from 9.30am until 4.30pm.
During the day, young people can brush up on their computer skills as well as taking part in games.
On Thursday April 16, from 10am until 1pm, youngsters can attend a short first aid course at the Sledmere Community Centre.
This session is being run by police community support officers and everyone who completes it will receive a certificate.
On Friday April 17 at 11.45am an outing is being organised to Laserquest in Amblecote. This is also a free activity but places are limited.
Anyone interested should meet at the Sledmere Community Centre at 11.45am.
