A 49-YEAR-old Dudley Wood woman has been handed five community orders after fraudulently gaining money from a Cradley Heath Brownie troop.
Beverley Alison Turner, of Dalvine Road, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £1309.90 compensation and £85 court costs, by Dudley Magistrates Court, on November 30, for fraudulently signing a cheque belonging to the 5th Cradley Heath Brownies, intending to gain £93.50 for herself.
The defendant was also handed a 12 month community order, for fraudulently signing a cheque belonging to the 5th Cradley Heath Brownies, intending to gain £350 for herself.
She was also handed a 12 month community order, for fraudulently signing a cheque belonging to the 5th Cradley Heath Brownies, intending to gain £100 for herself.

Also in court on November 30: Raja Naveed Hussain, aged 26, of Hilderic Crescent, Holly Hall, was fined £35 and ordered to pay £85 court costs as well as £15 costs, for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
David Michael Wilkes, aged 21, of Charlton Street, Dudley, was fined £65 and ordered to pay £75 compensation as well as £85 court costs and £15 costs, for destroying a £150 bus stop belonging to West Midlands Travel.
Denise Hickens, aged 60, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, for driving without due care and attention.
Tahir Myr, aged 30, of William Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £35 for failing to produce a driving licence.
The defendant was also fined £35, for failing to produce a certificate of insurance.

The defendant was also fined £60 and £15 costs and £75 court costs as well as three licence penalty points, for driving while using a mobile telephone.
Peter Tinashe Nhera, aged 20, of Springfield Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £60 costs and £15 costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 12 months, for driving without insurance.
The defendant was also fined £35, for driving without a test certificate.
In court on December 1: Kenneth Matthew Jinks, aged 25, of St Johns Road, Kates Hill, was jailed for four weeks, for stealing a £37 aftershave gift set from Boots.

Brett Anthony Anslow, aged 25, of Four Winds Road, Dudley, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £150 compensation, £15 costs and £85 court costs, for causing £150 damage to a double glazed window pane.
Jason George Wilson, aged 32, of George Close, Dudley, was handed a six month conditional discharge and £75 compensation and £85 court costs, for causing £200 damage to a double glazed window pane.
James Carson Clarke, aged 29, of Birmingham New Road, Dudley, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs, for failing to produce a driving licence.
The defendant was also fined £50 for failing to produce a certificate of insurance.

In court on December 2: Leon Millard, aged 26, of Beechwood Road, Kates Hill, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £125 compensation, £350 court costs and £15 costs for signing a sales agreement agreeing he was the owner of stolen property intending to make £125 for himself.
Anit Patel, aged 24, of Ludlow Way, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £60 costs and £15 costs, as well as being handed four licence penalty points for speeding.
Thomas Gibbons, aged 62, of Grenville Road, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as being handed three licence penalty points for speeding.
Peter Martin, aged 52, Oakland Drive, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as being handed three licence penalty points for speeding.
David Paddock, aged 37, of Rock Street, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as being handed three licence penalty points for speeding.
Andrew Keith Weaver, aged 34, of Thornberry Drive, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as being handed three licence penalty points for speeding.
In court on December 3: Jodie Yvonne Parkes, aged 28, of Beech Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 court costs, for assault by beating.
In court on December 4: Israr Ali Ahmed, aged 24, of Spring Parklands, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered top ay £15 costs and £60 court costs, with three licence penalty points, for driving while using a mobile telephone.
Matthew Lee Hill, aged 35, of Uplands Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge, for possessing a sharp pointed article in a public place.
