SIXTH formers from a Lower Gornal secondary school grilled Dudley North Conservative candidate Graeme Brown about politics in a question and answer session.
The pupils from Ellowes Hall Sports College heard from Mr Brown as he spoke about why he thought sixth formers should care about decisions taken by politicians before taking questions on a range of topics from the Afghanistan war to whether cigarettes should be made illegal.
Mr Brown said: "I really enjoyed my visit to Ellowes. The sixth formers asked me some thoughtful and difficult questions. People often say that young people are not interested in politics but that certainly is not the case with those at Ellowes."
