Billy George Daley, who police would like to spaek to in connection with a sex assault case
A MAN believed to be living in the Black Country is at the centre of a police investigation into sexual assault.
Officers would like to speak to Billy George Daley, aged 43, in connection with an inquiry into historic sexual offences.
Daley, who is thought to be living in the Dudley area is described a Jamaican male with dark skin, approximately five feet six inches, with a slim build. His hair is generally plaited.
Anybody who has seen Mr Daley, or who knows of his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Thornhill Road Public Protection Unit on 0845 113 5000.
