A BOOK detailing the lives of soldiers remembered on a Holly Hall war memorial is being launched this weekend.
The book, called Holly Hall Heroes Remembered, details the lives of the 25 people honoured on a plaque on the war memorial in the grounds of St Augustine's Church and has been put put together by the Holly Hall War Memorial Fund committee who raised money to produce it.
The launch will take place at Woodside Community Centre in Highgate Road on Saturday from 10am, when the Mayor of Dudley, councillor Peter Miller will attend.
An exhibition of photographs from the area will also be on show in the centre.
The book can be purchased on the day, with members asking for donations towards costs.
All money raised will be donated to Help for Heroes.
