A PLANNING application for a new mosque in Dudley has been submitted to Dudley Council in the eleventh hour.
Dudley Muslim Association had until the weekend to lodge any plans to council planners until outline planning permission for the Hall Street site expired.
A council spokesman confirmed the planning department had received and registered a full application from DMA on Friday.
Members of the public will be able to view the application details online later in the week.
The full application has been submitted after the Bristol-based Planning Inspectorate overturned the outline plans in 2008.
Dudley Council planners had previously rejected the scheme.
