A 26 YEAR-old Dudley Wood man has been handed a 12 month conditional discharge by Dudley Magistrates Court after dumping furniture on Saltwells Nature Reserve.

Appearing in court on August 4, Lee Sheldon, of Lawnwood Road, was handed the conditional discharge as well as being ordered to pay £150 compensation and £295 costs, for depositing two wardrobes and a dressing table on the nearby nature reserve.

Also In court on August 4: Daniel John Browning, aged 25, of Langland Drive, Sedgley, was fined £50 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

The defendant was also fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Adam Stuart Devere, aged 34, of Roseland Avenue, Kates Hill, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, for failing to comply with zig zag road markings on Hillcrest Road.

Simon Eaton, aged 45, of Tipton Road, Sedgley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, for driving without a valid test certificate.

Lisa Marie McGreevy, aged 22, of Hillcrest, Lower Gornal, was fined £135 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs, as well as being handed five licence penalty points, for failing to stop after an accident.

Dean George Devonport, aged 38, of Ashfield Crescent, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for assault.

The defendant was also handed a 12 month community order, for assault.

Michael Keith Jones, aged 49, of Springfield Road, Sedgley, was fined £50 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

The defendant was also fined £250 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £65 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Amanda Rachel Lyman, aged 34, of Nine Locks Ridge, Brierley Hill, was fined £375 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Stacey Ann Purcell-Billingham, aged 22, of Adelaide Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Michelle Louise Thomas, aged 28, of Baggeridge Close, Sedgley, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 and £60 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Nicholas John Tombs, aged 25, of Bank Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Kylie Craig, aged 23, of Chapel Street, Pensnett, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £250 costs, for failing to secure regular attendance at school of a registered pupil.

In court on August 1: Mark Andrew Hart, aged 52, of Pitfield Row, Dudley, was jailed for eight weeks, for stealing £290.85 worth of cosmetics from Boots, Dudley.

The defendant was also jailed for eight weeks consecutive, for stealing four brass post boxes worth £280 from Glynwood Insurance.

He was also jailed for 16 weeks, for stealing nine gammon steaks worth £12.51 from B&M.

Michael James Peter Osborne, aged 23, of Belper Row, Netherton, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £40 compensation, as well as £15 costs and £85 court costs, for destroying two internal doors, a picture frame and a clock.

Leigh Fraser Tomkinson, aged 51, of Limes Avenue, Brierley Hill, was fined £65 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £40 court costs, for cultivating cannabis.

Tracey Elaine Garratt, aged 46, of Foxglove Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £160 court costs, for assault.

The defendant was also handed a 12 month conditional discharge for stealing a purse and its contents.

Mohammed Naseam Hani, aged 31, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was fined £300 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 24 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

Garry Slater, aged 46, of Merryfield Road, Russells Hall, was fined £80 and ordered to pay £20 compensation, for destroying a police harness.

The defendant was also fined £65 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £100 court costs, for obstructing a police officer.

In court on August 2: Leon Michael Ewan, aged 18, of Cinder Bank, Netherton, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 56 days, for driving without insurance.

Alex Kudrac, aged 22, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was fined £100 for handling a stolen £400 Dell laptop.

In court on August 3: Ian Leslie Harris, aged 45, of Linwood Road, Dudley, was fined £460 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for three years, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

Scott O'Sullivan, aged 26, of Bosworth Close, Woodsetton, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without due care and attention.

Carl Graham Chamberlain, aged 26, of The Close, Gornal, was handed a six month conditional discharge, for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Christopher Daniel Green, aged 19, of Church Road, Netherton, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 court costs, for harassment.

In court on August 5: Paul David Herbert, aged 24, of Bishops Close, Kates Hill, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge for handling stolen Playstation games.
