A 68 YEAR-old Russells Hall man has been handed a conditional discharge by Dudley Magistrates Court after possessing an air pistol outside Dudley Leisure Centre.

Appearing in court on October 21, John Fradgley, of Ketley Hill Road, was handed the 12 month conditional discharge as well as being ordered to pay £85 court costs, following the incident on September 22.

The defendant was also handed a 12 month conditional discharge for possessing the firearm.

Also in court on October 21: Sohail Parwez Janjua, aged 26, of Tansley Hill Avenue, Dudley, was fined £65 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

The defendant was also fined £65 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

He was also fined £50 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

John Fradgley, aged 68, of Ketley Hill Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge for failing to surrender to bail.

Victoria Jane Marsh, aged 37, of Nelson Road, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £200 costs, for failing to secure regular attendance of a registered school pupil.

In court on October 17: James Dean Waldron, aged 18, of York Road, Netherton, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £237 compensation, for damaging two window panes.

Harry James Jonathan Edwards, aged 36, of Queen Street, Pensnett, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs for possessing cocaine.

The defendant was also fined £15 and ordered to pay £15 costs, for failing to surrender to bail.

James Michael Chesworth, aged 76, of The Mead, Sedgley, was handed a two year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 court costs, for harassment.

In court on October 18: Paul Hawkins, aged 40, of Fell Meadow Way, Sedgley, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 18 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

Sikander Zeeshain Iqbal, aged 26, of Tansley Hill Road, Dudley, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, for failing to produce a driving licence for examination by a police officer.

The defendant was also fined £50, for failing to produce an insurance certificate for examination by a police officer.

He was also fined £50, for failing to produce a test certificate for examination by a police officer.

In court on October 19: Asa Walsh, aged 26, of Park Road, Woodsetton, was jailed for four months and disqualified from driving for 12 months, for driving while disqualified.
