A BRIERLEY Hill teenager has been fined by Dudley Magistrates for failing to pick up dog mess in Netherton.

Appearing in court on December 8, Josh Morris, of Sion Close, was fined ££75, for failing to remove dog faeces from grassland in Swan Street on May 17.

The defendant was also fined £75 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as £295 costs, for failing to remove dog faeces from grassland in Swan Street on May 17.

Also in court on December 8: Anjum Nawaz, aged 32, of Marriott Road, Dudley, was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and handed a 12 month restraining order, as well as being ordered to pay £50 compensation and £1,000 court costs for assault.

The defendant was also jailed for 16 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months, for as well as being ordered to pay £100 compensation for assault.

He was also jailed for was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and handed a 12 month restraining order, as well as being ordered to pay £150 compensation for assault.

Richard Lloyd Priest, aged 40, of Hockley Lane, Netherton, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £295 costs, for playing recorded music in The Bunch of Bluebells pub without a licence.

Ali Omar Mohammed, aged 27, of Lawley Street, Dudley, was fined £50 for failing to notify a change of circumstance in regard to Job Seekers Allowance.

The defendant was also fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £100 costs, for failing to notify a change of circumstance in regard to Housing Benefit and Council tax benefit.

In court on December 7: James Michael Wallace, aged 27, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was handed an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 court costs, for damaging a red Ford KA.

The defendant was also handed an 18 month conditional discharge, for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Mark Adrian Aston, aged 48, of Yew Tree Hills, Netherton, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, as well as being handed five licence penalty points, for speeding.

Sajjad Hussain, aged 34, of Norman Street, Dudley, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Andrew Thornsbury, aged 38, of Willow Road, Dudley, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

The defendant was also fined £525 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Stuart Andrew Scharcarnie, aged 35, of Gorge Road, Sedgley, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £250 court costs, for driving without due care and attention.

The defendant was also fined £100 and disqualified from driving for six months, for failing to stop after an accident.

Jamie Mark Crumpton, aged 18, of Heath Road, Netherton, was fined £215 and ordered to pay £80, as well as being disqualified from driving for 21 days, for driving without insurance.

Brian Franklin, aged 40, of Wood Street, Dudley, was fined £115 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £80 costs, for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

The defendant was also fined £340 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

In court on December 9: Neil David Robert Bell, aged 37, of Watsons Close, Dudley, was jailed for eight weeks, for stealing Whisky, worth £167.88, from Aldi.

Gareth John Southall, aged 28, of Church Street, Pensnett, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 12 months, for taking a vehicle without consent and damaging it.

The defendant was also fined £100, for driving without insurance.
