THERE will be a food frenzy at Merry Hill over the next few weeks, as the centre launches its Food Explorer month.
Running throughout February, a variety of food-themed activities will be taking place, including sampling and advice from nutritionist Dr Carrie Ruxton.
On Tuesday, February 14, a treasure hunt will be held from 10am until 11.30am at the Mummy Mornings in Eat Central.
Shoppers are also invited to become a food reviewer when they visit any food outlet during the month.
For each meal purchased at the mall, customers will be given a card to rate their experience. Completed entries will be entered itno a draw to win a £50 meal at Pizza Express.
At the end of the month, one food outlet will be named Merry Hill’s First Class Eatery following the results.
Customers can also pick up a Food Explorer passport, which provides 20 food offers to enjoy.
Kelly Reed, Marketing Manager at Merry Hill Shopping Centre, said: “This month is loaded with some great “treats” for our visitors. The whole idea behind food month is to celebrate a variety of foods and to shine a spotlight on the great food options we have at Merry Hill for our customers to enjoy – we hope everyone will “tuck in” to our food month!”
