Merry Hill's M&S workers gear up for cycle challenge

SIX employees from Merry Hill’s Marks and Spencer store are gearing up to take part in a charity endurance challenge.

The event at the Prodrive Race Track in Kenilworth on Saturday, June 30, will see the employees join over 500 fellow M&S colleagues from across the country in the Bike 400 Cycle Challenge - a 24 hour endurance event, which will see each cyclist pedal for six hours each.

Each lap of the circuit will help M&S to raise crucial funds in support of Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Action Cancer and the Marie Keating Foundation.

The fundraiser has received the backing from Gaby Roslin, patron of Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Ronan Keating, who co-founded the Marie Keating Foundation in memory of his mum.

Customers can make donations online via the Justgiving page justgiving.com/teams/BIKE400EnduranceChallenge which contains further details on the fundraising, as well as links to sponsor the cyclists.
