Two teens remanded in custody over Sedgley murder

TWO teenagers have been remanded in custody charged with the murder of a Sedgley man over the weekend.
James Robert Cartwright, aged 18, of Sandyfields Road, Sedgley and Shylon Mark Wishart, aged 19, of North Springfields, Sedgley appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court this afternoon, following the death of 23 year-old Shane Watson.
Both wearing dark t-shirts and trousers, the teenagers spoke only to confirm their name and addresses.
They will next appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court at 10am on Wednesday.
Mr Watson died in hospital after being found with head injuries in an alleyway in Spring Grove in the early hours of Saturday morning.
