Arson attack at Dudley recycling plant

FIREFIGHTERS battled flames at a Dudley recycling plant last night.
Approximately 20 tons of paper, card and wood were set alight in an arson attack at the plant in an industrial estate in Shaw Road around 7.58pm.
Fire crews from Dudley, Tipton and Ladywood attended the scene and were assisted by site management who operated plant machinery.
West Midlands Police were also called to the incident, after CCTV footage from the site indicated the fire was arson.
