Free taster sessions on offer for over 50s at Age UK Dudley event

BOROUGH residents can take part in free taster sessions of activities available for the over 50s at an Age UK Dudley event on Wednesday.

Representatives from the charity will be on the lower mall of Merry Hill shopping centre, opposite Marks and Spencer, from 9am until 4pm.

Shoppers can join in exercise, zumba and tai chi sessions and enjoy nail treatments, or get advice on benefit entitlements, helping with heating, money matters or even on using computers .

Kelly Reed, Marketing Manager for Westfield Merry Hill said: “Age UK Dudley has been part of our centre for many years and the fabulous classes and services they offer our over 50’s shoppers grow from strength to strength.”
