Banning breach man, 23, is jailed

A 23 YEAR-old Dudley man has been jailed for six weeks by Dudley Magistrates for entering Merry Hill shopping centre.
Appearing in court on August 29, Stuart Round, of Grazebrook Road, was jailed for breaching an anti-social behaviour order, made in July 2010, which prevented him from entering the mall.
Also in court on August 29:
- Richard James Hall, aged 23, of Westgate Close, Sedgley , was fined £65 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for damaging a Vauxhall Corsa.
- Allah Ditta, aged 63, of Perry Close, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for three years, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.
In court on August 28:
- Irfaq Khan, aged 21, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was fined £600 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being handed seven licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
- Carl Terence Townsend, aged 39, of St Johns Street, Netherton , was fined £220 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £80 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
- Simon Waldron, aged 34, of Northview Drive, Brierley Hill , was fined £200 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for failing to produce a driving licence.
The defendant was also fined £600 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance. He was also fined £300 and for driving while using a mobile telephone.
- Teresa Michelle Fox, aged 48, of Osberton Drive, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £250 court costs, for failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances.
The defendant was also handed a12 month community order, for failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances.
- Gavin Harris, aged 26, of Peak Drive, Lower Gornal , was handed a six month community order and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £150 court costs, for using threatening, abusive words or behaviour against a PCSO.
- Philip Robert Whitehouse, aged 27, of Brookdale, Lower Gornal, was handed a six month community order and ordered to pay £200 compensation and ordered to pay £150 court costs, for using threatening, abusive words or behaviour against a Pc.
The defendant was also handed a six month community order for possessing cannabis.
In court on August 30:
- Ashley Paul Johnson, aged 21, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £75 compensation and £85 court costs, for assault.
In court on August 31:
- Shaun Michael Fisher, aged 30, of Central Drive, Lower Gornal, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for possessing cannabis.
The defendant was also handed a 12 month conditional discharge for producing cannabis.
- Lee Denis Zimmerman, aged 29, of Hillside Road, Dudley, was jailed for three weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £200 compensation, for causing £200 damage to a car.
The defendant was also jailed for six weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £300 compensation for causing £300 damage to two UPVC double glazed windows.
- James William Berridge, aged 18, of Osberton Drive, Dudley, was handed an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £250 compensation and £500 court costs, for making threats.
