Dudley gym joins national fitness campaign

A DUDLEY gym will be raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust while marking National Fitness Day.

Energie fitness for women in Old Park Road, will be joining up with a national campaign at 12pm on Friday September 28 by taking part in an ‘Empower Half Hour’ with a free 30 minute exercise workout in a bid to get people to kick-start a healthier lifestyle.

Throughout the day the gym will also be collecting for Teenage Cancer Trust.
