A DUDLEY nursery nurse is flying the flag for the borough as she is one of only 20 finalists in the first Fresh Photographic heat qualifier for Miss England 2013.
Laura Allsop, aged 22, is now appealing for public votes in order to secure her place in the Miss England semi-final in June next year before voting ends at noon on Monday (September 24).
The brunette beauty, who is an avid West Brom fan, is hoping to collect enough votes to place in the top three of the heat so that she can pursue her dream career as a model.
Her fate will then be decided by a panel of judges, including Miss England 2012.
The winner of the heat will not only receive a place in the semi-final, but will also receive a a one-day beauty pageant training day, an A4 print and one spray tan per month for a year.
The ultimate winner of Miss England 2013 will receive a whole host of prizes worth £30,000.
