A DRIVER was thrown from his car when two vehicles crashed in Brierley Hill this afternoon.
The accident happened in Bagley's Road at around 13.50pm.
The man, whose car left the road and ended up in a field, suffered cuts to his face and ear as well as back pain and was taken by ambulance to Russells Hall Hospital.
Fire crews from Brierley Hill and Stourbridge attended the scene.
A spokesman from West Midlands Fire Service said the driver of the second vehicle was taken to the same hospital suffering back pain and a knee injury.
Firefighters made the vehicles safe and council highways offices from Dudley Council assessed the scene due to bad weather conditions.
