Hollywood glamour grace Black Country Living Museum

THE BLACK Country Living Museum was sprinkled with Hollywood glamour when Batman star, Cillian Murphy, filmed at the attraction.
The Dark Knight Rises star, along with a BBC crew, stopped off at the Tipton Road museum to film a new BBC Two gangster drama series called Peaky Blinders.
As part of the filming, crews transformed the museum’s rolling mill, canal headland and boat dock to look like 1920s Birmingham – where the story is set.
The saga, boasts a distinguished cast which also includes Sam Neill, Helen McCrory, Annabelle Wallis, Iddo Goldberg and Charlie Creed-Miles.
The museum’s iconic buildings have featured in a host of TV shows, dramas and films including Blue peter, BBC Land Girls, Homes Under the Hammer and Nigel Slater’s Toast.
The open-air attraction was also recently used in the forthcoming drama series Dancing on the Edge.
