Man, 46, in the dock for theft of diesel

A 47 YEAR-old Holly Hall man has been handed a community order by Dudley Magistrates Court after stealing diesel.
Appearing in court on September 17, Steven Leslie Lee, of Cochrane Road, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £40 court costs, for stealing 75 litres of diesel, worth approximately £100 belonging to G&M Industrial Services Ltd.

Also in court on September 17:

  • Kadeen Raheem Wynter, aged 18, of Swan Street, Netherton, was handed a 12 month community order for producing cannabis.

The defendant was also handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for possessing cocaine.

  • Ilyas Muhammad, aged 39, of Harebell Crescent, Dudley, was fined £140 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

 

  • Gareth Stephen Oakley, aged 30, of Greaves Road, Dudley, was fined £40 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £65 court costs, for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

The defendant was also fined £120 and handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

  • Selina Adams, aged 29, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was fined £110 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £65 court costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

 

  • Shane William Patrick O'Rourke, aged 24, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was jailed for 18 weeks and disqualified from driving for two years, for driving while disqualified.

The defendant was also jailed for 18 weeks concurrent and disqualified from driving for two years, for driving while disqualified.


In court on September 18:

  • Jamie Jonathon Blunt, aged 30, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for stealing Blu Ray discs from Asda, Merry Hill.

 

  • Martin James Francis, aged 53, of Ashenhurst Walk, Russells Hall, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 18 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

 

  • Barbara Ann Pallas, aged 60, of Burns Grove, Lower Gornal, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 18 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

 

  • Karen Price, aged 47, of Rookery Park, Pensnett, was handed an 18 month community order for stealing magazines from WH Smith.

The defendant was also handed an 18 month community order for stealing magazines from WH Smith.

  • Kara Morrison, aged 53, of Stable Court, Upper Gornal, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for driving without insurance.

The defendant was also fined £150 and handed eight licence penalty points, for failing to report an accident.


In court on September 19:

  • Teresa Mary Angela Lees, aged 36, of Dudley Road, Sedgley, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for three years, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

 

  • Thomas Allan Barnett, aged 23, of Marriott Road, Netherton, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £120 court costs, for being equipped for theft with a pick axe, rubber mallet and heavy duty gloves.

The defendant was also handed a 12 month community order for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal or disposal of 17 alloy wheels, to the value of £1,650.

  • Lee Joseph Pritchard, aged 18, of Gloucester Road, Netherton, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £120 court costs, for being equipped for theft with a pick axe, rubber mallet and heavy duty gloves.

The defendant was also handed a 12 month community order for possessing cannabis.

  • Antonio Gino Bradey Browne, aged 23, of Marston Road, Russells Hall, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for possessing cannabis.

The defendant was also fined £50 for failing to surrender to custody.

  • Michael Wayne Harmon, aged 41, of Osprey Drive, Dudley, was handed a nine-month community order and ordered to pay £620 court costs, for assault.

The defendant was also handed a nine-month community order for assault.


In court on September 21:

  • Jaswinder Singh, aged 45, of High Street, Brockmoor, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 24 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

The defendant was also fined £250 and disqualified from driving for six months, for driving without insurance.

  • Mark Thomas Thornsbury, aged 19, of Maughan Street, Dudley, was handed a 24 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 compensation, for damaging a window, shop counter and floor tiles to the value of £2,700.
