Dudley gym extends free full of life events

A DUDLEY women’s gym has extended its full of life festival celebrations  until the end of the month, due to its popularity.

The week-long event which was organised by Dudley Council and Age UK Dudley to get people in later life to try something new and stay active, ran for the first week in October.

However Energie Fitness in Old Park Road has extended its free motortone events until the end of October.
 

Gym owner Bal Dhillon, said: “This year has been our most successful event. However we have had a number of disappointed people who were unable to attend during the week. Due to demand I have decided to extend the event until the end of the month and hopefully we will be able to cater for everyone.
