MORE than 300 bikers are expected to take part in a memorial ride out from Halesowen on Sunday in honour of a Colley Gate cancer victim.
They will set off from Streetbike, Mucklow Hill, at 9.30am for the ride to the Quatt cafe near Bridgnorth to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support .
The Sandwell Bike Meet made a dream come true for Brandon Carter in January when he rode a Harley Davidson in a 275-strong convoy on the same route and raised almost £650 for the charity.
The 27-year-old died from skin cancer in May and friend and bike enthusiast Wendy Abbey said the response to Sunday’s ride out had been “fantastic”.
