Arson attack on Rowley Regis derelict factory
A DERELICT Rowley Regis factory was partly destroyed in an arson attack on Tuesday night.
Thirteen firefighters from Oldbury and Haden Cross tackled the blaze which involved 10 per cent of the building in Doulton Road, shortly before 8pm.
