A 26-year-old man has denied causing the death of another motorist by driving dangerously in Oldbury.
Adam Hancox, also 26, died in the accident on the Wolverhampton Road between Bleakhouse Road and Clent Road, Oldbury.
Kasim Mohammed of Bearwood Road, Smethwick pleaded not guilty to causing his death by dangerous driving.
Judge John Wait sitting at Wolverhampton Crown Court remanded Mohammed in custody until a further hearing in the case scheduled for April lst.
