A STOURBRIDGE environmental group is inviting residents to a free energy awareness morning this Saturday (October 10).
Transition Stourbridge aim to help people get ready for the wintery months, especially those who are worried about their gas bills and would like to save money – as well as helping the planet.
The group will be at The Elton Centre, in St Johns Road, between 10am and 1pm, where they will be offering practical advice and showing how to make simple energy saving measures at home.
There will also be a chance to find out about the Dudley Winter Warmth Support scheme, with the group asking attendees to bring gas and electric bills to find out if they qualify.
