A PEDESTRIAN has died after being hit by a car in Stourbridge on Sunday evening.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Brettell Lane, in Stourbrdige, shortly before 6.50pm on Sunday (November 29) where the pedestrian had been in a crash with a car.
The pedestrian, a man, was confirmed dead at the scene.
A senior paramedic officer in a rapid response vehicle, an advanced community paramedic in a rapid response vehicle, an ambulance and the Medical Emergency Response Incident Team (MERIT) consisting of a trauma doctor and critical care practitioner attended the scene.
A WMAS spokesman said: "The man, a pedestrian, had suffered serious injuries.
"Despite their best efforts, the ambulance crews could not save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene."
