THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between November 23 and 27:

Zafar Iqbal, aged 40, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for stealing items worth £90.78, from shops in Dudley between November 14 and 22, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £285 court costs.

Sarah Louise Jones, aged 35, of Heath Green, Dudley, was sent to prison for 28 weeks for stealing items, worth £498.18, from shops in Dudley and Kingswinford between October 13 and November 12, while subject to a suspended sentence. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Stephen Thomas Donnelly, aged 49, of Browning Road, Lower Gornal, was fined £200 for sending threatening voicemails for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient, in Dudley, on October 10 and 17. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £285 court costs.

Darrell James Powell, aged 19, of Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing two sat navs and car stereo fascia, worth £200, in Brierley Hill on October 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £315 court costs.

Joshua Steven Cartwright, aged 20, of Park Street, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman and causing £150 worth of damage to a window in Stourbridge on September 4. He was also sentenced for assaulting a woman and stealing £100 cash and a mobile phone, in Oldbury on October 29 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on October 29, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £380 court costs.

Dean Anthony Green, aged 29, of Marriott Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Dudley on October 25. When tested he had 99mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months and must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Rebecca Jones, aged 34, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for stealing items worth £134.85, from shops in Stourbridge and Sedgley, between October 28 and November 9. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Sherelle Lee Sabrina Mitchell, aged 27, of Hollybush Walk, Cradley Heath, was given a four week community order for causing £2,000 worth of damage to a motorbike in Brierley Hill on March 29. She was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 8pm and 6am. She must pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £60 and £300 court costs.

Lewis Derek Foley, aged 41, of Carlton Avenue, Wollescote, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing a key to a skip wagon in Lye on October 27. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on November 25, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £265 court costs.

Michele Mancini, aged 51, of Halesowen Road, Cradley Heath, was given an eight week community order for harassing a woman in Netherton between October 25 and 27. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Romaine Leslie Blake, aged 22, of Eve Hill, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for driving without due care and attention in Dudley on February 13. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £100 court costs.

Scott William O’Rourke, aged 29, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing alcohol, worth £26, from Co-op, Kingswinford, on November 25. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £335 court costs.

Peter Michael Walker, aged 37, of Severn Road, Colley Gate, was sent to prison for six weeks for entering an outside storage shed in Lye a trespasser on October 10 and stealing property worth £375. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £220 court costs.

David John Teale, aged 35, of Highbridge Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for 36 weeks for stealing motor oil, worth £35, from Allans, Netherton, on November 19, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Chad Boyer Foley, aged 39, of High Street, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items worth £110 from shops in Stourbridge on October 24 and November 8. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £110, a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Jesse Handley, aged 18, of Fens Crescent, Pensnett, was given a three month community order for entering a garden shed in Brierley Hill as a trespasser with intent to steal on July 16. He was also sentenced for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, disposal or realisation of stolen goods in Stourbridge on July 9. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 8am. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £60 and £580 court costs.

Jerome Jerry Jennings, aged 34, of Junction Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for producing cannabis in Dudley on October 25. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £240 court costs.

Terence Patrick Kenny, aged 70, of Langland Drive, Sedgley, was fined £300 for drink driving in Lye on November 12. When tested he had 71mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £255 court.

Jason Thomas Jones, aged 44, of Vicarage Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for entering Less for Ink in Halesowen as a trespasser on October 2 with intent to steal. He was also sentenced for failing to comply with supervision requirements. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £285 court costs.
