TIME is nearly up for Kinver people to have their say on proposals to earmark village land for housing.

South Staffordshire Council has identified two sites as preferred options for inclusion in its Site Allocations Document (SAD) and the latest round of consultations closes at noon on Friday February 12.

The two packets of land under consideration are at White Hill near Potter’s Cross and on Hyde Lane which is one of the main roads into the village.

The proposal also includes a further packet of land near White Hill which could be removed from green belt status for future development.
