THE following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between April 25 and 28:

Nicky Anslow, aged 22, of Park Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for having a knuckle duster in a public place and driving without a licence, insurance or MOT on April 10. He was given six penalty points and must carry out 100 hours unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

Michael Kevin Jones, aged 27, of Hawne Lane, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 32 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing meat, worth £160.99 from shops in Stourbridge and Halesowen on April 7, 12, 20 and 23, causing damage to a cell wall at Oldbury Custody Suite on April 9 and damaging plasterboard, worth £100, in Asda, Halesowen, on April 23. He was also sentenced for stealing candles, worth £24, from Asda, Halesowen, on April 17 and committing fraud by false representation – trying to obtain money in exchange for cleaning windows that were not cleaned – in Halesowen on June 10, July 31 and August 11, 2015.

Keith Anthony Shaw, aged 62, of Ellowes Road, Lower Gornal, was fined £150 for drink driving in Dudley on April 11. When tested he had 72mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Robert Roger Wayne Anslow, aged 49, of Bunns Lane, Dudley, was fined £500 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in West Bromwich on April 9 and driving without a licence or insurance in Kingswinford. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Christopher Ian Humphries, aged 29, of Stourhill, Quarry Bank, was fined £120 for stealing items, worth £283.99, from stores at Merry Hill, on March 4 and April 11. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Jamie Lee Wade, aged 26, of Cinder Bank, Netherton, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a man in Dudley on July 4, 2015 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on April 22, having been released on bail. He must complete 200 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a fine of £50, a victim surcharge of £80 and £300 court costs.

Darren Robert Lee Cox, aged 35, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was given a six month community order for racially aggravated assault on October 16, 2015 in Dudley. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £350 court costs.

Richard James Linacre, aged 39, of Lawnswood Road, Stourbridge, was given a nine month community order for assaulting a police officer in Dudley on December 5, 2015 and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause people to believe violence would be used against them, in Stourbridge. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 5am. He must pay compensation of £25, a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Christopher Jack O’Dwyer, aged 20, of Fisher Street, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing flowers, worth £15, in Dudley on March 6. He must pay compensation of £15, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Keiren Thomas Crage, aged 23, of Queensway, Wollescote, was given a 12 week community order for damaging a window in Wollescote on December 21, 2015. The offence was racially aggravated. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £362, a victim surcharge of £60 and £300 court costs.

Luke Simeon Yardley, aged 36, of Stonebridge Road, Lye, was fined £115 for driving without a licence or insurance in Brierley Hill on December 30, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £50 court costs.

Lee James Fisher, aged 35, of Chiltern Close, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 22 weeks for stealing meat, worth £36.66, from Co-op, Dudley, on April 19, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Issac William Gibbs, aged 26, of Himley Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods in Brierley Hill on September 23, 2015. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £185 court costs.

Mark William Perry, aged 52, of Foxhills Park, Netherton, was fined £200 for driving without due care and attention in Dudley on June 11, 2015. He was given eight penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £400 court costs.

Sohail Ali, aged 25, of Green Lane, Lye, was fined £80 for possessing cannabis in Lye on March 19. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £70 court costs.

Nathan Carl Rigg, aged 23, of Ivy Road, Wrens Nest, was fined £170 for driving without a licence in Dudley and failing to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence on April 14. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £100 court costs.

Christopher Andrew Ward, aged 29, of Farm Road, Quarry Bank, was fined £160 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause people to believe that violence would be used against them in Brierley Hill on April 12. He must pay a victim surcharge o £30 and £135 court costs.

Dale Bloomer, aged 48, of Yew Tree Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Netherton on March 25. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.

Andrew Brian Wright, aged 52, of Waverley Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for four weeks for assaulting a woman in Dudley on March 3.He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.
