CHARITABLE Amblecote Sainsbury’s staff will once again be hosting its annual Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning on Friday (September 30).
The event, organised by colleagues Gail Thomas, Marie Cooney and Coleen Shakespeare, will be held in the Sandringham Way store foyer between 10am and 1pm.
Giving up their own time to run the event, the trio will be serving up tea, coffee and light refreshments to customers in return for a donation to the charity.
The store raised £300 for Macmillan at their event last year as part of the national campaign which encourages people across the country to take part in the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’.
