PEOPLE who are suffering from bereavement are being invited to a series of support groups in Wollaston.
The free Omega sessions, taking place at St James’s Church Hall on Friday (October 21), will see participants share experiences and learn from others in similar situations.
Users will also learn new coping skills and begin to focus on the future as well as developing a plan for moving forward with life.
The next meeting is an introductory taster session where people can drop in to the Belfry Drive hall at any time between 11am and 1pm for a chat with organiser Jane Hunt to learn more about how the programme can help.
