THERE will be plenty of festive spirit at a Kingswinford church this weekend as it hosts a Festival of Trees.
The St Mary’s Church event will be open between 10am and 4pm on Saturday (December 3) and 11.30am and 4pm on Sunday (December 4).
Various refreshments will be available throughout the weekend and, alongside a Holly Fayre taking place in the church centre on Saturday, stalls and a raffle will also be held.
Lis Corfield, church member, said: “Our 13th century church – the oldest in the borough – is a perfect backdrop to this event and a wonderful way to start the Christmas season.”
