ONE of the UK's premier Stereophonics tribute bands are set to rock the Black Country next week.

The Phonics will play tracks from every album - from Word Gets Around right up to Keep The Village Alive - when they hit the stage at Stourbridge River Rooms on Friday, June 2.

Their set has something for all fans, including hits such as ‘Have A Nice Day’, ‘Maybe Tomorrow’, ‘Dakota’, ‘A Thousand Trees’ and ‘Handbags & Gladrags’.

As well as the band’s album tracks that are a hit with all die-hard Stereophonics fans, The Phonics just love playing songs from their musical idols and their passion will shine through when they perform in Stourbridge.

Tickets for the gig, which sees doors opening at 7.30pm before the band take to the stage at 10pm, cost £8 and are available online at www.theriverrooms.com/thephonics.html, or by calling 01384 397177, or 07986 577661.
