THE glorious grounds of Hagley Hall will be the setting of an outdoor theatre production of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Quantum Threatre's new production heads to the 18th century Palladian mansion, home to Lord and Lady Cobham, on July 7 from 7pm.
A spokesman said: "With picnics in the park, we feel we have discovered the perfect way to enjoy Shakespeare, where you can sit back in the open-air and enjoy the stunning views towards the rolling Malvern Hills.
"Here, our theatregoers can gather in a picturesque intimate setting, surrounded by beautiful open landscaped parkland, an ideal spot for the forest antics of Oberon, Titania and the unfortunate individual who gets turned into a donkey!"
Hagley Hall has free parking, refreshments available during the interval and an opportunity to purchase premium tickets for £35.00, which grants access to the Grand White Hall, canapés and fizz.
Regular tickets costing £14 for adults, £12 for senior citizens and students, and £8 for children, can be purchased on 0845 450 5157 or quantumtheatre.co.uk.
