A BLACK Country bed supplier is going from strength to strength after expanding for the second time in five months.

Serene Furnishings has signed a 12 month lease for an additional building at The Pensnett Estate, Kingswinford.

The company, which also has a base in West Bromwich, signed its first deal at the estate in July, but was keen to secure further space to accommodate the new products it will launch in January.

Company director, Nadirah Habib, said it is an exciting time for the firm, which she runs with husband Tasleem Tasab.

She continued: “We are anticipating incredible interest in our new ranges so need the extra space again to store the products.

"We are extremely pleased that London & Cambridge Properties has been able to find us even more space at The Pensnett Estate.”

Andrew Preston, industrial property manager of LCP, which owns the estate, added: “We were only too pleased to help Serene Furnishings, which is one of our long-term tenants, to find the extra warehousing space it needs.

"It’s good to see a local company continuing to go from strength to strength.”
