A STOURBRIDGE online recruitment firm is marking its five year anniversary this month.

Staff at Cushillo Personnel, based in Lower High Street, are celebrating reaching the milestone and put their growing success down to “good old-fashioned hard work”.

Jason Connon, owner, said: “During the challenging economic times over the past few years, we are extremely proud to be celebrating our fifth anniversary.

“We would not be where we are today without the support of our great team and of course, our valued clients.

“It’s an extremely competitive industry and we are up against some huge companies, but the clients that are loyal to us really seem to value the exemplary customer service you can only truly get from a unique and small business such as ours.”

The firm was founded in July 2010 and offers services including online vacancy advertising services and both temporary and permanent recruitment, covering industrial, engineering, commercial and accountancy sectors throughout the Midlands.

They currently have a number of ongoing projects in the pipeline to keep themselves up with the competition, such as launching a new website and developing an E -Client portal.

Mr Cannon added: “We know that recruitment is a fast-moving and competitive industry and you have to continuously reinvent your business strategy to stay one step ahead.

“Good recruiters keep an eye on new technology and develop services to exploit this forward movement and remain at the forefront of innovation, not to simply meet their clients’ expectations, but to exceed them.”
